I finally now am back in town and have a phone line again. Therefore, as of today, I will be updating my weblog and newsletter on a regular basis as I have until the past few weeks. There may be fewer pictures to put up because I am planning on doing a lot of landscape work and I have a delay between shooting the image, having the film developed in Orlando, and then scanning the film because I don't own a scanner yet. Anyway, except for that, I should be updating regularly.
Today I spent some time exploring the coastal prairie along the Christian Point Trail which is just a mile or so from where I live. I was trying to do a little bit of scouting as I plan to photograph in the Buttonwood Embankment that borders the coastal prairie. I didn't find what I was looking for and will probably head down the Rowdy Bend Trail which has more of the same habitat, but more buttonwoods rather than open prairie.
